The students should be nominated by their home institutions to YTU before they start their applications.

Applications made without nominations are not valid.

Note that the courses on this link is a general guide showing all possible courses for a specific department. During the course registration period, some of the courses may not be avaliable. However, there will be Add/Drop period so you can change your courses according to the exact courses announced on the web site of relevant academic program.

Required documents

1-Learning Agreement (duly signed and stamped by the applicant and the home university, in pdf format, filled out by computer)

2-Photo (headshot in jpg format) for Student ID

3-Copy of the passport ID page

These documents have to be uploaded to the application system.

Technical Guide

-Click on “Complete the application” by filling out all required information

Assessment Process

In 4-6 weeks, the application is checked for both technical and academic issues. After the approval of application, the student can download the duly signed and stamped Learning Agreement and Letter of Acceptance through the application system.


In case there is a mistake or something missing, you will be informed by e-mail that you register to the application system. Therefore, check your e-mail and application system regularly.
