Application

Please contact the Erasmus office by email with a short description of your planned activity and state the academic/administrative unit you would like to visit.

Required documents are Staff Mobility Agreement for Training and CV. Please send the documents by email to incoming@yildiz.edu.tr.

Application Deadline

Please send your application to incoming@yildiz.edu.tr not later than 4 weeks before the start of your intended mobility.

Approval of Application

Upon the approval of the host unit, you will be asked to have your training agreement signed by the responsible person at your university and send the signed form to the responsible person at YTU. Please send the duly signed and completed form by email to incoming@yildiz.edu.tr. Upon receiving the completed form, Erasmus office prepares your invitation letter.
