Please see the calendar below for our January - February office days for student visits.

On days when our office is closed for student visits, the communication will only be made via e-mail. The office will be closed for visits and phone calls.

Please note that you should send your e-mail only for once. Our response time to e-mails is 3 working days on average. Do not forget to write the name of your faculty and the key words summarizing your e-mail in the subject line. For the e-mails sent as "urgent," it is obligatory to attach documents proving reason of the urgency.
