Regarding the resindence permit applications, a new regulation has come into effect on 28.03.2022. Based on this regulation, the fingerprints of the residence permits applicants will be taken within the frame of the protocol between Provincial Directorate of Migration and YÖK (Council of Higher Education). Therefore, the residence permit application files will be submitted to the Directorate of Immigration in person on the date of appointment selected at https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr/. Students will no longer send their files to YTU.
