Acting on the latest advices published by the Higher Education Council regarding the coronavirus outbreak, Yildiz Technical University has taken the following additional measure:

- Effective from Monday, March 23^rd, 2020 the distance learning will start.

- All courses will be held synchronously on the online tool at https://onlinekampus.yildiz.edu.tr in line with the official course schedules.

- Depending on the duration of the suspension of face-to-face activities, YTU will determine how to proceed for the assessment and examination procedure. If necessary , the academic calendar will be reprogrammed.

- Students should check their YTU student e-mail accounts (@std.yildiz.edu.tr) regularly during the distance learning period. If you do not remember your password, send an e-mail to bilgiislem@yildiz.edu.tr. 

- Turkish Language Course for Erasmus students, which is an extra-curricular course, will hopefully be added to the tool soon.

For any possible technical problem that may occur during the distance learning process, each faculty has assigned a faculty coordinator, a professor, and a student for you to contact. The contact information of these people in charge will soon be shared at http://uzem.yildiz.edu.tr

Please keep in mind that you can contact your ESN buddy to get assistance for the distance learning procedures, i.e. if you have difficulty in understanding an announcement in Turkish, you can ask for some help.
